The chances are that I'm not going to be around dA very often for quite a while.

School hasn't been a happy place for my 13 yr old son these last two years, he has Asperger's Syndrome and sticks out like a sour thumb from the so called 'normal' kids. Anyway a week or so ago a pretty scary event took place and I realised that he really wasn't safe in school despite the efforts of the teachers, who seem to be able to do many things except throw the bullies out. So to cut a long story short, we've decided to pull him out of school and will be home educating from now on, which means I'm going to be pretty busy at first trying to find out everything possible about the way forward for him. He's a very smart kid with an extremely inquisitive mind, so it looks like I'm going to have my work cut out...but I'm quite looking forward to our journey, I think I'm going to learn a lot! lol!!

Sooo if you don't see much from me it's not because I'm ignoring you or don't care what you're all up to, it's just that I'll probably be falling asleep everytime I get chance to sit down and relax.
